       Pairs Meeting          February

To be held Wednesday 16^th Feb.  Valentine’s meeting! Will you get your perfect match. Pairs will be randomly drawn at the start of the meeting. There will be no championship points at this meeting. There will be trophies for the winning pair and a free shell for the best valentines themed shell.

Sunday 24th june, See’s many of Urmstons regular F1 drivers attending Biddulph Moor Rc club for the 2018 F1 British championship. 32 drivers from around the country are booked in.

28th May meeting is urccc annual 1/12th F1 stock car national meeting.

Meeting will have a full stocked spares shop, hot and cold food and will end intime for people to attend bellevue stadium to atch the big leauge go head to head.

The email is for all to you use and communicate with committee members, as they will have access to it soon.

Use for the email address is to make contact with the committee whether it is for negative or positive reasons.

Email is a good port of contact for people that don’t use social media should they have any issues or positive ideas.

It would be good if people could send pictures from race meeting to it so That they could be up loaded to the website.

Would be good if most memebrs from URCCC email it so that we have your email address.  That way, when there is any special meetings coming up we could send a global email to all as a reminder.

47 Cars raced today including F2 Stock Cars for the first time at Urmston. There were many drivers who had traveled a long way, but Martin Nash came the farthest from Cornwall – he left home at 3.30am.
F1 Stock Cars= 20 cars. Highest lap in the three rounds was 99 by Rob Whalley.
“B” Final – Leah Wyper 86, 2nd Terry Crowley 85, 3rd Billy Clague 81, 4th Owen Bates 79, 5th John Wills 74, 6th Stuart Clarke 70, 7th William Gray 51, Allan Inness,Hannah Ayriss Michael Clague & Pete Ayriss DNS.

Trophies went to winner – Duncan, winner of concourse Harrison Stott, and 1st best junior James Gray, 2nd best Will Green and third best William Yarwood. Bangers were sponsored by Billy Clague.
All heat winners in all classes received a medium sized Easter egg (went to 2nd place if you had already won one).Thanks went to Alan on race control, Mark,s mum and Dad for running our canteen, and to the sponsors.
The meeting finished at 2.30pm in good time for those who were going to Belle Vue.

We aim to Be finished early so that people can attend Belle vue to watch the big F1’s.

Trophies and prizes available in all three classes Banger Van, F2 stock cars and F1 stockcars.

WEDNESDAY 4th March Doors open 6pm first Race on the line 7:30pm.

Monday 2nd April and Wednesday 4th April see’s urmston raceway  running the van tastic event which is bangers with a wide range of van and coache shells available to use.

Also runing that day are f1 stockcars and for the first time ever at urmston we will be running f2’s booking is essential to book in as we are limited to 16 places.
